Shipping policy
All Colour Atelier stationery is made to order, so production time is separate from delivery time. Your estimated production timeframe begins once your final artwork has been approved. Some hand-finished or specialist pieces may take a little longer; where applicable, this will be noted on the product page.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using a tracked service.
Standard Tracked Delivery — £6.95
Express Tracked Delivery — £8.95
Delivery is typically 3–5 working days for Standard and 1–2 working days for Express after dispatch. Express delivery applies to the shipping service only and does not shorten our design or production time.
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
International Delivery
International orders are very welcome.
EU delivery — £14.99
International delivery — £23.99
International orders are sent via UPS with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing times are outside our control and may occasionally extend the estimated delivery window.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll amend it where we can before dispatch.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, additional postage may be charged to resend it.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Occasional courier delays can happen. If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please get in touch and we’ll help investigate it with the courier.
